Releasing White Doves

I was thinkig of releasing white doves after my ceremony? Anyone doing the same thing? Is it worth the $$?

i was thinkin of getting the white doves and releasing them at church - but now im re-thinking it ....

If it helps anyone, I did a dove release and it was really nice. I used Macy (vendor here) at WhiteWingsNY. They don't poop on anyone...contrary to belief...as Macy feeds them after the release, and they fly back home. It was so pretty and we got great pics. There was also a reading that went along with the release.....FM for info. :)

I just recently got married this past July and had a white dove release. It was more than beautiful and I got so many compliments on them throughout the day from my guests. There was no poop anywhere to be seen either.

I worked with Macy & she was amazing!! She helped me with all the little details - I had no worries at all. My pictures came beautiful too.
Also too, they don't symbolize death. Macy is very knowledgeable & tells you everything you need to know. I highly recommend her.
