Reliability of Postings (Long)

I need to vent a little. Is anyone else here starting to question the reliability of some of the postings? A few examples:

First, there have been a lot of postings raving about one particular vendor that a bride used with no mention of the other vendors. Many brides here have given a critique about all their vendors, which is very helpful. It just seems fishy that they praise one vendor and fail to mention any other part of their wedding.

Second, there have been a bunch recent postings which say 'I used them 5 years ago when I got married', well, if you got married 5 years ago why are you still on this board?

I do not want to point fingers. There have been quite a few.

I should be the one that's jealous....Oheka Castle....I loved the pictures....that's as close as I got to seeing it.

I was just venting, I didn't mean to offend any brides who have made postings. My message was meant for those imposter brides who are using this board for business purposes, like that girl Dawn.

I think vendors do that now because when they come on as 'vendor', they sort of get bashed. Maybe it is better to know they are then to not. Hopefully you'll get other brides that know of the vendor as well and they can give a good opinion or not on the service.
