So I have a really serious topic. Are any of you marring into a family that is a different religion (he is jewish and I am catholic)? I want to teach teach the children both, but he is not religious and does not to participate in the teaching of both religions so I will have to do it on my own.

Re: Religion
I am Catholic and FH is Greek Orthodox- Both religions are Christian, however there are slight differences. We plan on teaching our children both.

Re: Religion
I'm Catholic and FH is Jewish. We're planning on teaching them both, too. But I don't feel it's my responsibility to teach them the Jewish side of things. Obviously I'll always be sensitive to it, but it's FH's heritage so I think it's his responsibility to teach it. JMO.

Re: Religion
FH is basically agnostic. I have no idea what I believe anymore. His family is Catholic and my mom is Christian (protestant).
We are not raising our children with any religion since we feel that both of us decided for ourselves as we got older regardless of what we were taught. So we'll celebrate the holidays with family but that's about it. We have a lot of friends that are this way and it's just fine.
