remember how i just said i had a check

b/c my hotel rooms were blocked off?

uhm yeah, i just called to book my rooms and the bridal parties rooms and we AREN'T IN THE FREAKIN SYSTEM

what is UP w/ these people

ETA: this is about the 10th problem i've had w/ the hotel block in a week

i think that's prob it..which is totally fine

except the woman i've been working with told me this morning that everything was ready to go

so i am wondering what happened between 'ready to go' and 'not in the system'
