I'd go there after work and cause a scene... but thats just me.. I'm a crazy bitchh lol.

my brother got a bedroom set from bobs and they put a dent in the ceiling of his house and scratched the post of the bed...
yea.. my sister in law handed me the phone and had me call... they replaced the bed and apologized for the ceiling.. and gave then a discount on other furniture... the dent is still there, but my sisterinlaw was satisfied with the discount so....

but I'd def give them time today to return your call... if they don't go there and scope them out, if they're all sitting around doing nothing just pick an easy victim and attack 'oh so you're OH SO BUSY YOU CAN'T CALL ME BACK!? YOU HAVE ME ON HOLD FOR TWENTY-TWO MINUTES AND ALL YOUR DOING IS SITTING ON YOUR ASSS?! I've left SEVERAL messages and have not been acknowledged to my liking GO GET ME A MANAGER BEFORE I GET NASTY'
