Re: remembering deceased loved ones
That is so nice! Brian's aunt wanted us to get a bouquet to leave in teh pew in memory of his grandmother. We weren't going to do a unity candle, but I think that woulld be a really nice idea...

It's nice because it's personalized with their names

Its a great idea. I just got mine in teh mail yesterday..it says in loving memory of and then my fiances fathers name..its beautful and so elegantly done. I got it 20 % off at a different web site..but I think its a nice way to honor teh deceased. There is also a beautiful poem that chippatrid posted that we will put in our porgrams as well.

Re: remembering deceased loved ones
Hi Jill! If you go to www.personalizationmall.com , a pop up box will appear giving you a code word for 20 %. They are very nice candles and they did a great job. I ordered the stand as well..and the stand itself you could peobably find better at Micheals..its kind of flimsy, but the canlde is very nice, you can choose the color band around the candle..I chose silver..I am very happy with it, good luck. It was the best price I was able to find because of the 20 % off..but didnt see the web site you mentioned..yours may be cheaper.

Re: remembering deceased loved ones
Its a beautifull candle..and just as nice in real. Some memorial candles I have seen are not my style , abit tacky, this candle is just perfect. You will be happy with it. The stand I dont recommend getting, its not sturdy..but the candle is very nice

Tnanks again, I won't get the stand I could always get that at a craft store. I agree with the gaudiness of ohter candles I have seen, there a bit too much!
