i am so sorry this happened-
But Crest hollow is so well known and runs on the reputation. Maybe they just got a shipment of bad food etc
I would def bring it up, but dont stress on it.

So sorry to hear about this. You can definitely fight this, it might take time but at least they should give you some reimbursement.

As I posted in the FB group, we called them earlier and spoke to our BM. He acknowledged the guest who was rushed to the hospital but was unaware of a second emergency trip. When we told him at least 10-15 people (that we know of) became sick, he said that since no one from another event reported food poisoning, and that since all eventd use the same food, a case couldn't be made for it. That it was unfortunate, but that things like that happen.

i give up.

Honestly, that response from CH is pretty uncool, in my opinion. I'm sorry that happened to you! Hope everyone is feeling better by now.

Who's your BM? I don't think they'll be able to do anything other than say it was an isolated incident. I initially thought a lot of people have shellfish allergies, but those who got sick ate different plates.

phew. good to know the food at Crest Hollow is fine, and they just had a virus. I'm sure that happens a lot- people blaming food poisoning on being sick.

Good to know! I'm sure a lot of CH Brides were freaking out over that news! Glad it was a mistake, but still sorry your guest had to go to the hospital! How horrible. I hope she/he is feeling better.
