Renting ballroom chairs

Renting ballroom chairs

Has anyone rented them? How much have they cost? I was quoted about $9-10 per chair which means a room of 200 costs about $1800-2000.

These are ballroom chairs and I am renting them thru my caterer.

Oh OK! They look similar to the chairs being used for my CH at Majestic Gardens. Not exact but pretty close.

I havent rented that type of chair- but I rent chairs for a lot of events we do at my job- and that seems high to me- we use AAA Party Rentals in Garden City and their prices and service are good. I have a couple other companies that I can send you too- just have to look for the info,

Thanks guys, always so helpful! I will check out the links and info. Do you think I could rent from somewhere cheaper and my florist would still set them up for me?? Or is it better to incur the extra few bucks per chair and let my florist be solely responsible for their arrival and set up? Maybe the few extra dollars is worth the piece of mind?
