Glen Cove. I've seen 2 bedrooms around here for much more than that price, for us its a good deal.
ohhh okay. i'm familiar with that area. i used to live in sea cliff by where sea cliff and glen head come together.

a 2 bedrooms in my complex is more than that. does that include utilities? you can def try to negotiate, it doesnt hurt to ask.

apartments in Brooklyn are that expensive because of their close proximity to Manhattan. for the size & new furnishings you are saying the apartment has the price sounds about right. if that includes utilities too then you should not second guess it.
