Repose from 05- Poll. Pick a monogram

This is Tricia's FH here, I cannot believe I am on this site. Someone put a bullet in my head before I get as addicted as FW is.

The first one is my design. I felt that FW had a great design, but it was hard to read and the large 'F' in the background was confusing. I added a hairline border to all the elements, a black border on the names and a darker pink on the 'F' and date. I feel it brings the name to the fron and keeps the others in the background, making it easier on the eyes.

The second design is Tricia's design. I know you guys are all tight and will vote for her, but give me a chance.

actually the black outline in the first design confused the eye and makes it harder to read.

Sorry, I have to agree. When I looked at the first one, I was like what is going on here? You did a nice job, but I think it's just too much. Don't hate me!

I'd try the outline on the 'F' instead. Maybe make the F all black?
