Hey Gals! I have a question. . .I know many of the bridal shops have wonderful dresses and customer service, however, which salon has GREAT alterations??? I have heard some horror stories on here--SoS

I've heard GREAT things about Phyllis at Bridal Elegance (I bought my dress elsewhere - in Westchester).

yes, she is an incredible seamstress. I can't say much about the customer service though. My dress was due to ship on April 30th and she still can't give me a tracking number or tell me where the erf it is.

I want to take my dress to Phylis too, but she is very busy, she told me that I should take my dress in now otherwise she can't do it but I need to loose a few pounds first.. Is there any other good place around?
