I am getting married a week from Sunday and Nicole still hasn't contacted me to go over details, arrival time, etc. The last time I spoke with her was in the beginning of August. I emailed her over a month ago to talk about doing a different style and she never responded. I called her Monday and Today and she still hasn't called me back. I am starting to get really mad and a little worried.
Does anyone have another number for her other than the one listed on her website? She gave me her home number at the trial but I can't find it now.

i think I responded to you yesterday and i was worried, because I thought you might be using nicole, too. She is horrible at getting back in touch but i have NO DOUBT she will be there. I will FM you.
ETA: i don't think that was you yesterday. Also, she said she usually send the arrival details like the thurs/friday prior to the affair. Just FYI!

I am using her...she emailed me on Sunday to tell me that she will be sending the schedule to me on Thursday before my wedding...hang in there. She just had the breast cancer walk all last weekend and she was in Florida for the entire month of August....she will be there!!!!!

Ya she said she was on vaca in the automated response.. but the response also said she would get back to me 3 weeks or something later... And here I am still w/ no email... No biggie though cause I booked elseware... I just have heard /experienced very poor things customer service wise. BUT I have heard that once your ACTUALLY booked with her there are no worries!

She actually emailed me from Florida so once your in it is good. But even when I was trying to book her I must have had good luck because she always got back to me right away. She is by herself...has 2 kids... and is super busy and she really tries to get to everyone. When I was getting my trial done her email kept dinging every minute or so with a new email so she has a lot on her plate. Sorry she didn't get you in time!
