There is a holiday inn in Stonybrook, a Radison in Holbrook and the Hampton Inn in Holbrook. I don't know if they offer suites, but you could ask for a courtsey room and tell them what you would like to do. If you use the hotel for your OOT guests, they may through in the courtesy room for free. I hope this helps.
