Repost from 06-Aunt Flo, maybe TMI but I need help!!

Hi Girls,
Ok this is for the ladies whose Aunt Flow made a visit to them on their wedding day...
I am counting the days on the calendar and I may be on the border of being one of the lucky ones LOL
With that in mind, for those that had 'it' how did you deal? What did you do to ensure less bloating, etc.....

I am kind of freaking out and hope it doesnt happen!!!

I went on the pill!! I started the pill the day I got it from my Dr. and made sure it wasn't going to come on my wedding or HM. Good Luck.

I did the same. I found out that even on the pill it was going to come while I was on my HM so I just continued the pills for an extra week. Now I'll be friend free!

Yeah, if you're on the pill skip this next upcoming period. Don't take the sugar pills, just start your new pack. That way if you spot or anything it won't happen for your wedding day, it'll happen on this cycle and not the one you would be on when you're getting married. If you're not on the pill then I'd definitely suggest drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep hydrated and keep from bloating from your period. Good luck!

I am on the pill It helps. I had this dilema also. So I spoke to my gyno she said to take the first 3 weeks as you would normaly and instead of the sugar pills (mine are peachy in color) start another pack for another 3 weeks. You might get spotting which was 1 day for me. And it sets your period off 1 week before. So count out the days, and weeks months before.
