wedding shoes? Are you changing into comfy shoes for the reception?

I want high heels---3'' & up. But if I change into flip flops for the reception, won't my dress be dragging??

my heels are about 3 & 1/2 inches.. they're Nina's Style: Viliana and they're soooo comfortable where I don't need to change into slippers...here's the link since I can't post a pic...
