I know they always say all sales are final...apparently they arent...I had such a horrible time with them not while ordering my dress but after...went to pick it up...the wrong size....and just got worse...I had never brought the dress home but had brought home slip, headpiece and veil.....after leaving 5 messages with the corporate customer service I got a call back I explained everything to the women and not only did I get a full refund for the dress but was also able to return the head piece veil and slip!!!!
