i dont know about massapequa... but i was unhappy with my experience with the carle place

I wasent happy with my experience at the massapequa store. They just told us to go downstairs and look for ourselves and didnt come down till we were putting on coats on, then they said sorry we were so busy upstairs, there was noone in the storee

I got my dresses from Carle Place. They have a good selection and I negotiated ALOT with them. I will say this....the girls who work in the bm section are younger, therefore a little more inexperienced. But my dresses came in on time and it was a good experience.

I shopped for my bridesmaid dresses at the Carle Place store and ordered them at the Massapequa store, I had a really great experience at both. The girls were so helpful and nice to my bridesmaids and me, and worked out a discount for me when I went to order. I think maybe it's easier to see all the dresses at the Carle Place store since they're all out there but I would be okay with ordering them at either location.

i went to massapequa, i had made and appt and told Celine 8 dresses we wanted to try on via e-mail. she made sure she got them from the other stores and had everything ready and waiting for us and spent the whole time with us! We had a great experience!

The one at carle place was ok. They basically left us alone and let us do our own thing.

We went to look at dresses in Massapequa for my MOH's wedding...we did not have an awesome experience.

I wasn't impressed with them when I went to look at bridal gowns either.

I bought my gown from Carle Place and I could not have been happier with the service...my attendant went above and beyond for me! So may be the BM dept is like that too?

I just bought my dress yesterday from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and they were great. We didn't get the BM dresses there but went in there to look around (to see the dress we already ordered from another store) and the people there were really nice.
