Why dont you call the # on the website and either follow the prompts to complain or speak w/ someone--so you know it will be filed.........!

Just curious b/c Im nosey.....but is it a vendor of yours?

I had filed a complaint online about someone that i had a problem with when I was trying to order ribbons for my invites.

I tried to file a complaint with BBB online after my wedding, and it was such a pain that I didn't end up doing it. You need dates, times, places, receipts, people's names....all things that would have taken me a while to get or figure out, and some I didn't even have.
