My favorite in Montauk:The Harvest Gorgeous views of the lake.
It's SO delicious!!! It's family style, so you get bigger portions and can order a bunch of yummy things to share.
East by Northeast (ENE) Aisian inspired food.
Or
Napeague It's also DELICIOUS! It's right on the Napeague stretch.
Just double check that they're opened

Love East by Northeast and Harvest (Montauk)Pacific East (Amagansett)
Magnolia, Il Capuccino, & American Hotel (Sag Harbor)
World Pie is good for a lively bar scene, yummy food, and a jazz trio in the bar on Sunday (Bridgehampton) I love their bbq duck, cilantro, goat cheese pizza..mmm
I think it would be a LOVELY idea to stop at Wolffer Estate on the way back for a glass of delightful wine....

Il Capuccino is awesome!! Its pretty affordable too, and their garlic knots are to die for!! You can also stroll Sag Harbor Main Street after dinner, and window shop,or grab ice cream.American Hotel is not inexpensive...they are very high! Another nice place in Sag Harbor is Dockside Restaurant...If you sit outside, there is a view of the water. However, it may be too cold to be outside. Their food is delicious and they are affordable iMO. I grew up in Sag Harbor, so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
