repost from BHB--LaQuinta or Hilton Gaden Inn

Any information on these would be great. The LaQuinta in Garden City and the Hilton Garden Inn in Westbury. I want to book a room for me and my bridal party to stay in the night before.

TIA

I posted this some time ago. I decided to go with Hilton Garden Inn because they guarantee shuttles for the exact number of guests, where as La Quinta only provides one 15 passenger shuttle bus. This is what was ultimately important for me. But here is the old thread:

la quinta. we got free shuttles and also a free breakfast in our own private room the next day.
