Unfortunately Steven is the owners son and talking to anyone will get you nowhere. If he is not your BM then go to whomever is. If he is ask to speak with ellen or elliott they are much more pleasant.

I wouldn't care if he is the owners son. Does that give him the right to speak to you in that manner and get away with it?

I agree with the post on BHB, call Help Me Howard and anyone else you can. I would also write a letter to BBB and cc them on it
