Repost from BHB: Trying to help FMIL..

and would love if anyone can help me think of the following:

-A restaurant for a rehearsal dinner that is nice, but not over the top in terms of price (we are having a lot of people for dinner)...

-should be somewhere in proximity to Lynbrook/East Rockaway/Hewlett/Rockville Centre area

I had suggested my fav. restaurant Angelinas..but the prices ended up being a little insane so I am welcoming ANY suggestions! Thanks so much for any help!!!

I just went through this the other day! I called the following places:

Madison Hall
Knights of Columbus in Oceanside
MacArthur Park
Kasey's
Alias, Smith and Jones
George Martin
Ciao

FM me for prices and details and if you want me to fax you the menus they sent.
