Repost from BHB - vball players wanted!!!

I'm looking to get a team together for the women's league at Sportime in Bethpage - starts in Jan or Feb. We're looking for all players, mostly middle hitters and setters though... I have about 3 definites - 2 outside hitters and a defensive specialist - I want to try to get 4 more ladies if possible...

It's competitive play by all the 'new' rules - rally scoring, let serves, etc...

The games are on Thursday nights and can start anywhere from 7pm to 11pm (scheduled in advance).

I love volleyball, but I'm more of a watcher. My 5'2 frame didn't work well with me when I played in high school and this lady, well she's outta shape!

Oh Jenn, you and your sayings... Ya know how you posted an entired thread about the bazillion RH you looked at? Can you start one for all of the crazy sayings you have?? I'd love it, embrace it and introduce it into my daily conversation....

And that my funny friend, is what makes a person funny... or pathetic... depends on how you choose to look at it. I'm sure you're a laugh riot!

Don't feel too bad, I get a lot of my saying from my clever MOH. My fave... I'll be back in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!
