DH has a cousin who lives in Canada. She was invited to my shower and she and her fiance were invited to the wedding.
She didn't come to the shower or the wedding, she didn’t even give us so much as a card!
So now she's sending out an email alerting everyone that her wedding will be taking place in Canada, and she wanted feedback on whether it should be in August or September. She said they were eloping, but isn't the whole point of eloping that the couple 'runs off to get married' somewhere without anyone else (or maybe with 2 witnesses)?
so here's the thing, DH and I are definitely not going. But should we send anything?
ETA: her mom (DH's aunt) will most likely throw her a shower and invite me. DH's aunts hosted a shower for me in OH where most of his family lives. she didn't come or send anything for my OH shower. but I feel like if I don't send something, his whole family will talk about it

I wouldn't send anything. But that's me. If it'll bother you, or you want to you can always send a $25 something off her registry.
