Ok..when addressing invites to people who are not married but live together..what do you do

2nd one is right... names under each other. I addressed it with my closest friends name first.
We had many of these. Ladies' names always go first. We used Crane's Blue Book to help us (which you can borrow when you take the rest of our packing peanuts).
And yes, names DO go under each other.
