I had a really tough decision too. I was back and forth between two places. FH just called and cancelled one and booked the Carlyle today going on nothing more than my mind kept saying 'Carlyle'...even though I thought the first location was my dream. Listen to your heart. Maybe the order you listed them in has something to do with the way you are thinking?? I also have noticed bride's on this site really seem to favor CLM..never been there but it must be good.

I LOVED the Met!!! It was too small for us but I loved the Manhattan-loft feel to it. BUT:
1. Not handicapped accessible.
2. No places for pics.
Out of all the places though, Met would be my choice! My bro wants to get married there b/c I raved so much about it.

I lliked the Met Club, but I didn't love it, (I don't love any place yet) I'm so afraid that I'll change my mind I didn't like how the outside area is right by the parking lot & I'm not crazy about the layout & there is no view, tho I did really like the decor

Re: REPOST fromBHB : Where would you have your wedding
I've been to :
The Met Club
Milleridge Carriage House
George WashingtonManor
Going to CLM tommorow (w/ one of my BM's who's uncle owns it) I've been to a few parties there (even a PROM)
Swan Club * looked last year for a possible place for FIL's Anniversary Party, have to go back
JT: * looked last year for FIL's Surprize Anniversary party, have to go back
Went to & decided not for us:
- Larkfield Manor - Thatched Cottage - Cresent (only b/c we couldn't make the min & I had my prom there) -Carlye on the Green - Steve is out of his mind w/ his prices , - Carltun on Eisenhower park - I love it, Even w/ the discount we were offered I can't justify the expense Leonards - Price was great, althoguh we went to a wedding there and I didn't like how they have so many events going on at once so close to each other
