I can't have 260 people at my wedding, no really, I physically can't. My max is 235, and that is really pushing it.
Everyone is making room reservations, and looking forward to going away for the weekend! Our plan to cut the list by getting married upstate is backfiring!
For all the brides getting their RSVPs back, how many have said no?
I know we are in a different position, but I need to be calmed down!

Be careful what you wish for! DH & I were in the same boat. We invited a lot more people than our hall would fit. As the responses came back, we began to panic too! We worried about a fire hazzard! We kept saying aloud...'Please be a NO!' Then...the NOs started coming and coming...until we were under our guarantee. We had to renegotiate our contract--it was not fun!

I am in the same boat. We are inviting 260 and I only want 185 at my wedding. I hope and pray that only 185 will say yes not a single person more. My fingers are crossed for you.

I am so scared that this will happen to me too I invited 220 but only want 200 to come so we don't go over and will have to pay more money if the 20% is correct I will be right on target I hope
