very soon!!!! I'm so stressed out! We need to pick our hall asap, but I still cannot narrow it down
Woodbury Country Club: Pro: love the outdoor cocktail hour, a lot was included in the price per plate Con: not one wedding at a time
Flowerfield: Pro: heard awesome reviews, love the grounds, ballroom and cocktail hour room, heard the food was amazing (which is a major plus) Con: a far ride from Whitestone, and $190 for a Saturday night in September not including any extras!! To add the seafood station at cocktail hour it was $12 more per person. We saw pictures and it was amazing!

I have never been to either place, but from what I have seen on here I would say Flowerfield. Looks amazing! I'd love to go to a wedding there
Edit: I'm sure you've looked at plenty of halls, but you should consider looking at NRC too if you haven't. One wedding at a time, amazing food, indoor/outdoor CH (you can do both at the same time), beautiful inside and out, I think price would be lower than FF.

Thanks for your response! My best friend got married at the NRC last year, it was beautiful. We wanted something different though

I may be wrong, but isn't Woodbury Country Club closing. I thought they were not booking any weddings in 2010.
North Ritz Club is a great place. FH's sister got married their and everyone was raving about it.

Have you looked at the Woodlands? It's beautiful and has beautiful grounds... and its less expensive than Flowerfields.

We are looking for '09. I just have 2010 on my profile since we haven't booked anything. I have no date yet

No. I've honestly never heard of it. I'll do some research now. Thanks

Do yourself a favor and look at the Fox Hollow - owned by the same company as the WCC....
I cannot say enough about them - we had our wedding there in January and they were BEYOND accommodating & the place is STUNNING!!!

My best friend got married at WCC- it was one of the best weddings that I have been to (and we go to 4 or 5 a year)- food was incredible & so was the service- she got an amazing price for a Saturday afternoon- there are pics in my album- but its sooo beautiful!
