Repost- Newlweds- I think we're finally going to do it!

Pick the pictures for our album that is! We've yet to do it and have decided to try to set aside time this weekend for it.

For those that have done their albums, what helped you pick the pictures? Did you have a method? Lay them out in front of you?

Any advice is appreciated!

we put the proofs in an album- and grouped variations on the same pic together to pick the best version.

I had all the proofs in digital format, and just printed the 'faves' out and arranged them accordingly. I don't even want to TOUCH the actual proofs (ie: taking them out of album and placing them in order)

We actually started our album process at our studio last night. Our proofs came in two albums - so I used small post-its to flag the ones we liked.

Our photographer is really going to have creative freedom to design our album in various combo pages. After he finishes, we will get a chance to see a digital lay out of our album & make changes as necessary.

Did you chose the proofs yet?
