Repost NWR: gluten intolerance

Are any of you gluten intolerant? What were your symptoms? Did it take a while before the doctor figured it out???

Thanks

My MOH is and I know she had a LOT of testing before they figured it out. Good luck!

Actually, I found out from someone on NWR that there is a major difference:
Celiac is a severe autoimmune disease which can lead to severe intestinal damage if left untreated; it can also cause severe osteoporosis (although now studies are saying any gluten free diet may contribute to it.) Celiac is also closely associate with some sort of dermatological rash.
