Chocolate fountain.... my banquet manager brought that to my attention while finalizing the menu, and I just had to have it ;-/

Personalized cocktail napkins, upgraded cake, zazzle stamps (spell out 'love' in seashells!), post-nuptial breakfast...I know there's more but I can't remember...too much to do!!!!

percussionist with DJ and the perimeter lighting (also by DJ) -- we splurged on these things and it was sooooo worth it.
string trio for ceremony was also an 'extra' for us

cigar roller, chocolate fountain, trumpets at church (working on the string trio but who knows if that will happen), custom invites...i think thats pretty much it!

We got thrown in with our price: a pig roast and chair covers.
As far as any other extras, not sure yet!! We're getting so much food as it is. I'd like to d oa candy bar though!

Upgrades we paid for were a roasted pig, an upgraded cake & pasta entree in between salad & dinner. We were able to negotiate some extras be thrown in (since we didn't meet our minimum head count): shrimp cocktail station, hour and a half cocktail hour.
We splurged a bit on the DJ package too...added plasmas.

At the Royalton they told me about the farewell table. He suggested an oven and table set up by the exit that has warm fresh baked cookies and either warm cider or coffee to give to guests as they leave for the ride home. At least that was his suggestion for the fall wedding we are thinking of.

That's so cute!!! I love it. We were thinking of giving bagels or doughnuts with a Customized Newsday as people leave. (We thought of the Newsday Idea since my FH did a proposal ad in Newsday).
