Rerally sdumb question regarding shuttels ervice from hotel to reception..
So I am paranoid, and want to make sure everyone knows the proper time to be ready for the shuttle. Do I put the info in their bag??

yeah that makes sense....i didnt do that but everyone managed to get to the shuttle and get to the hall just fine

When I went to my friend's wedding I just asked the hotel staff when the shuttle was, they gave me all the info.

make sure that the hotel informs the guests at check in. most hotels make a sign.
if you are doing OOT bags, you can include it there too. but i think hearing it from the hotel is the best/easiest

Putting it in the bag is good, and most hotels put up signs.
You can even make your own signs if you want.
