Resizer

Does anyone else have problems when they have to resize a pic. I tried to do it a few times and I get the confirmation message that it was uploaded, resized, and sent to my email address, but only ONCE did I ever receive my resized image to my email. And I double checked my account to make sure they have the right email and I double checked my email to make sure it doesn't get sent to junk mail. But I still don't have my resized image!
