FH adn I are meeting with our travel agent tomorrow to begin planning our honeymoon. We are having ehr price out luxury all inclusives in Mexican Riviera and Punta Cana and Palm Island Resort in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Right now our first choice is the not yet finished Excellence on Isla Mujeres outside Cancun. We also like the other Excellence resorts as well as the Secrets. My question is what people think about us considering the Dreams Resort in Tulum. I know it allows families, but has anyone been there? Where there kids everywhere? We love children, and they dont usually bother us, but we also intend to sit on the beach and relax. Anyone know if it would be nice for a honeymoon. Pics online look great and tripadvisor reviews are pretty good too!
TIA!

Re: resorts to talk to travel agent about
I haven't stayed at any of those resorts, but we stayed at a Dreams resort in Cabo last summer, there weren't a lot of kids, in fact almost everyone was on their hoenymoon, BUT the food was HORRIBLE. FH was sick for two full days of our trip, and I didn't think the resort was as clean or as nice as many other resorts I have been to. This might be unique to the one in Cabo, but figured I'd share.

Re: resorts to talk to travel agent about
Thank you for the info! I noticed the one in cabo had more negative comments on tripadvisor as well. Maybe it is their management?
