response and reception card wording

Can someone give me ideas on how to word both the response card and the reception cards? I need to order my invitations next week and need some ideas! TIA!!

For response cards I wrote something like:

The favour of a reply is requested by June 7, 2007
M____________________________
____ accepts with pleasure
____must decline with regret
