Response card wording? Please help-

I know there have been lots of posts for how to word invitations, but what about how to word formal response cards?

Do you say:

The favour of a reply is requested by (date).
M_______
will______ attend

Other formal suggestions?

Thanks!

_2__ Seats have been reserved in your honour.

____ Yes, ____ will attend

____No, we regret we can not accept

I would reccommend not using this style, it was very confusing to the guests.

I had the blank ones

that said 'the favour of your relpy is requested by Nov 10th'

and then blank- people wrote nice notes- one one messed it up-

We did:

The favor of a reply is requested by_(Date)__

____ ccepts with pleasure
____Declines with regret

Also our RSVP cards were the fold over kinds, so we got lots of nice messages on the insdie of the card

PS: I would reccommend not usingthe blank style, our friends did this on their invites in December and so many of us did not know what to do. it jsut said

The favor of a reply is requested by_(Date)__

and nothing else
