Response cards

Does this wording sound ok for the response cards?

Kindly respond on or before
the first of June

M _________________________

_____ will attend
_____ will not attend

Do you think I have to put 'number of persons' on there? I would prefer not to bc we are not inviting everyone with a date. Do you think it is ok without it? or should i add it on?

i think it looks good. I wouldn't put # of people on there because then people think they can bring whoever they want as long as they tell you.
