I HAVE A QUESTION I PUT ALL THE STAMPS ON THE RESPONSE CARDS BUT SHOULD I PUT A NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE RESPONSE CARDS FOR SOME PEOPLE THAT DO NOT WRITE THERE NAMES OR SHOULD I MAKE RETURN ADDRESS LABELS UP AND PUT THEM ON THE BACK OF THE ENVELOPES?
ALSO FOR THE INVITAIONS SHOULD I ASK THE POST OFFICE IF I CAN HAND POSTAGE THEM OR LET THEM DO IT I DO NOT WANT MY INVITES TO LOOKED RUINED WITH ALL THE LABELS ON IT?
SORRY IT POSTED TWICE AND I DO NOT KNOW HAW TO DELETE IT?

I put a number on the back of the response cards just in case. You never know! And I asked them to hand cancel the postage, they had no problem with it.

Re: RESPONSE CARDS & INVITATIONS
Yes. have them hand cancelled if possible. I'm getting my rsvp cards back and they are really torn up by the machines. The look roughed up. You don't want your nice invites to get mangled in my opinion.

Re: RESPONSE CARDS & INVITATIONS
definetly do the numbers on the back, we got a few responses with no name and would have never been able to figure out who they were from without the numbers. i had my invitations weighted to see how much postage they require than i stamped them and had the post office hand cancel them.

Re: RESPONSE CARDS & INVITATIONS
I didn't hand cancel and they got to their destinations in perfect condition! I also didn't number them, and it wasn't a problem.

Re: RESPONSE CARDS & INVITATIONS
i would say def have them hand cancled...two invitations came back due to incorrect address and went though the machine and destroyed my invitation..that was a good idea with putting there return address on the card...i didnt do that or number it and only one person didnt write there name but i was able to find out who it was
