That is so inconsiderate...maybe there was a delay because of the snow storm?

How frustrating!

Re: response date was monday and

i doubt it since most of the ones we are waiting for are out of NY..but thanks, that made me feel better :)

people are sooo annoying. I bet a lot of them mailed it on Monday. They will show up by the weekend.

I don't understand why people do that. I would give it a week then get on the phone.

UGH!!! I have heard this is a big problem for most! I don't get it since it's so easy to drop it in the mail!

Re: response date was monday and

That SUCKS I am not looking forward to this part. When will you begin to call them?

Re: response date was monday and

That stinks!! I'm sure there is a good reason why so many haven't sent them back yet!!!

Re: response date was monday and

Like others have said, sometimes people think the RSVP date is the date theyhave to mail it back. Maybe more will slowly begin to drift into your mailbox

Re: response date was monday and

It can't be any easier, the envelop is already stamped!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that!
And for the people who can't make it, can't they at least be bothered to send in their 'no' responses?

Re: response date was monday and

I so know what you mean. Our response date was Saturday and Mon through today we've received at least 4 per day. FH doesn't seem to care, which is weird because about 90% of the ones missing are from his side of the family. I find it to be annoying though. I really can't think of anything easier than dropping a pre-stamped envelope in a mailbox.

Re: response date was monday and

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what Im afraid of...My RSVP due date is next friday and we have close to 50 rsvp's still out there...And I for one, am NOT going to be nice if I have to call people..I will have to explain how freaking simple it was to check yes or no and put it in the pre-addressed envelope in my best 'saved' for fourth graders voice.

What are you planning on doing? I am calling the DAY after...I would start calling/emailing these IDIOTS!

How about getting a response card in the day BEFORE your wedding with apologies that they could not attend!!!

I would call all of them. Forty is big number to be missing. How long was your response time? Good luck with calling everyone.
