I am MOH for my best friend who is getting married in Aug., and I need to find a nice restaurant for her shower. I am thinking about somewhere on the north shore of nassau county or Manhattan. TIA!!!

Jonathan's in Garden City Park and Waterzooi in Garden city are nice. I just went to showers there.

I've been to parties at the Milleridge Inn and at the Maine Maid Inn. I know both offer really nice packages and have private rooms.

IF YOUR INTERESTED IN MANHATTAN, I JUST WENT TO A BRIDAL SHOWER AT SAL ANTHONY'S ON MULBERRY ST. IN LITTLE ITALY. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! THEY HAVE SEMI-PRIVATE ROOMS IN THE BACK.

My sister's shower was last June at Louie's in Port Washington. The food was excellent, and they let us have the entire outdoor area for cocktails before she arrived. The have a couple of private rooms...

We had our engagement party in Little Italy at a place called Il Cortlie. It has a really nice room and the food was out of this world!
