Re: Restaurant Recommendations in BAYSHORE for RD??
It doesn't have to be in Bayshore...the church is in Bayshore and the rehearsal is at 7pm the night before my wedding. So I didn't want too much distance between the places.Milk and Sugar is a great place - but I think it would be too small. There will probably be 40 of us.

Captain Bills is good. I would not recommedn Molly Malones - I have eaten there several times and thought the food was not good. Also, you should check Peter's Pasta in Babylon VERY GOOD italian food.

Peters Pasta---YUM! Cute atmosphere too.Cafe Nulvari (sp?) is Islip is good food too, a little small, but worth looking into. How much do you want to spend? Then I can narrow it down.

If the church ia St. Patrick's here are some places in around Bayshore:Captain Bill's -- Bayshore: under a mile from the church
Irish Coffe Pub -- East Islip (3-4 miles (this is where I had my rehearsal dinner)
Here's a link to a few suggestions I got in or around Bayshore!

That includes 3 courses salad, pasta, and entree. Beer, Wine and Soda are an extra $2 a person I believe.Bridget

Wow - thanks everyone! My FMIL is paying for it - not sure yet of her budget...I would think in the $30 pp range.
Yes, the church is St Patrick's. Thanks for the link.

We are having our rehearsal dinner at Captain Bills (our church is St. Pat's too) in the Riverview room overlooking the water. You get your own little deck too- it's nice!
