I live in BayShore (borderline deerpark/brentwood) and you can try Papa Joes in Deer Park-It is very good and can accomodate a large crowd.

I just remebered one more place, I went to a baby showere there recently --- Pomodorino in Hauppauge. I think it's about a 10 minute drive from St. Patrick's though but the food was great and they have a private room that accomodates about 60 people.

Try Captain Bills, they are in Bayshore on the water, There is also another place next door to them called Molly Malones. Good Luck!

Those would have been my two recommendations, and the food is delicious. Irish Coffee Pub in Islip isn't too far away, and they're excellent.
