Restaurant week in NYC

Ladies, keep in mind restaurant week is coming up from Jan 26-30 and Feb 2-6. Some really great restaurants participate each year. The prices are $20.04 for a 3 course lunch plus bev, tax, and gratuity and $30.04 for a 3 course dinner plus the additional charges as stated. I look forward to it every year! Keep in mind most of the places require reservations and certain places book fast. I believe they have a website if you would like to check out any places (something I am going to do right now)!!!

You can make reservations at www.opentable.com but all the good stuff already booked. Well, im sure they are all good but the ones I wanted to go to.

But there are some great lunch spots still open.

I was afraid of most places being booked. This happens every year!!!

ETA: Lunch is always a good bet.

We may want to go. We just went for an expensive dinner in the city for my sister's birthday, so I don't know if we can go, but we have gone before and its great.

When is Wine Week, I would love to know myself!!!

It is twice a year- Fall and Spring.

September and March I believe.

I tried looking up the dates just now, but no luck.

For one week certain restaurants during lunchtime allow certain vineyards to come pour different types of wines. I think it is for an addtional $10 - all the wine you can drink.

I usually go with colleagues of mine. So much fun!
