Restaurants for RD near Brookville/Surrounding area
Does anyone know of any nice restaurants for an RD near Brookville and the surrounding area? Our church is in Brookville; we'd be willing to travel about 20 minutes or so, preferably less though.
TIA!!

Maybe??? I'm not that familiar with that area except that the church is right off Northern near CW Post.

Rothmans Steakhouse is on Northern about 10 minutes east from CW Post. Heading west there is Barefoot Peddler where Glen Cove Road and Northern meet. Also look in Oyster Bay there are a lot of great restaurants and its about 15 minutes from C.W. Post.

Barefoot Peddler is good. And There's the Miller Ridge Inn.

There's Basil Leaf Cafe in Locust Valley which is like 15 minutes away from Post. I went to a rehearsal dinner there...and they have a nice room upstairs that's perfect for a rehersal dinner. and the food was really good. There's also a bunch of Italian Resturants in Glen Cove that are really good too which are about 20 minutes about from Post. HTH

Page One in Glen Cove is yummy
If you want to go Mexican, Poco Loco and Besito are both in Roslyn...I really recommend Poco Loco, they are delish and they have a private room with a bar upstairs.
There's a place in Sea Cliff called Tupelo Honey that is INSANELY good, but they'd probably only be able to accommodate a smaller crowd, so that might not be the best.

Nope! Not for a girl with Italian and Jewish Family whose marrying a Greek AND has a 17-person BP! Thanks for the other suggestions though!!
