I ate at Que Pasta. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! it's the kind of food you want to finish eating even when you're too full for another bite!

Sunset Grill at the Radisson was UNBELIEVABLE. Also went to El Gaucho (great steak), Fishbone (right on the water) and a seafood restaurant right across the street from teh Hyatt (name alludes me now). That was amazing and you can miss it.

Re: Restaurants in Aruba
Do not miss Sunset Grille in the Radisson (I think that's where you're staying) The entrance is in the Radisson's lobby. It's like a NY steakhouse. Really cute ceasar salad appetizer that they serve in a large martini glass. I also liked El Gaucho...pretty good food for a good price. I heard Flying Fishbone is really good too with beautiful views (you're on the water) but it's a $50 cab ride from the Radisson if you don't have a car.
Last tip...don't know if you are looking to do any sightseeing but we did the Jeep Safari tour. Unbeliebable fun!!! except you get crazy dusty. Word of advice if you decide to the tour skip the island part on the tour. We hated it and couldn't wait to leave. FM if you have any questions.
