Restaurants in the city???

Ok so I'm thinking for bachelorette party we might do either of the following 3 ideas:

1) Sex and the City Tour dinner or a dinner cruise around NYC

2) Dinner then 80's Prom

What are some good restaurants either near Times Square or near where the Awesome 80's prom is?

around what price range? and what type of food

One of my favorite restaurants in the city is Buddakan which actually would go perfect with the sex and the city thing bc in the movie its where carrie had her engagement party.

I went on the Sex and the City tour for a bachelorette party and it was only OK. Granted I am not a follower of the show, but there wasn't much to it.

We went to Mangia E Bevi afterwards and it was fun - VERY loud! I'm a bore so it wasn't my cup o' tea but the bride-to-be had fun
