Hey..going to eat for brothers 20th bday fri..I need a restaurant for about 9 ppl...only cuisine I know they wouldn't want to eat is indian or thai...

there's sambuca, which is italian food; they have a pretty extensive menu. they're 'family style,' but you can also get single servings (though i think private parties may be large platters only).
it's location is great... just take the subway up to 72nd street and you're just a couple blocks away! :)
