return address question

return address question

What should I do for my return address, have it

'New York, NY ___zip__'

or spell out the second NY and have

'New York, New York __zip__ '?

I can't decide! please help! TIA!!!

Either way I think would be fine..... if you have the room, I would spell out New York, New York

I would just use the state abbreviation - NY

I'll be mailing invites overseas too, so i thought it would be best to have it spelled out. Besides the font makes NY look like NJ, i dont want my rsvp cards to get lost!
but i'm not sure if it's proper etiquette
