Anyone return a few gifts off of their registery at BBB? Wondering if they give you store credit, cash, or if they give you full price for the item or take 20% off assuming they used a coupon.

If you return and the person used the 20% you get whatever price they paid, not full unless they paid full price. When I returned things I got a store credit. I know that I have heard from many friends that you get cash, but I have only gotten store credit.

I got cash at Westbury for pots&pans and some plates that were broken because they were shipped to person and gave to me in that box...i got full price, but they did look it up on the registry, not sure if they looked to see what they paid or not.

I got back whatever price was on my registry slip. Even when the ppl got 20% off. They also gave me cash which I didnt expect but I gladly took it!! :)

yea, they look up that item on the registry and see what that person paid for, they will ask you if u want cash or gift card

Great to hear!!!! I love this stressless return policy. I am sure they all used a 20% off coupon so I will let you know if they give me full price or discounted.

I used to work there and let me tell you they are really great with the brides and u can use as many coupons as u want..and if they expire they dont care LOL.

They wouldn't give me back cash and they took 20% off of one item (so I am assuming the person who bought it from me used a coupon)

depending on the bbb depends if you get cash back. what i learned was the ones that give you a store credit...if you use part of the credit to purchase anything (even a $1 item) you will then get the rest of the credit balance back in cash.

They're still giving CASH back!!! If the purchaser used a 20% coupon you'll get the discounted price back. Love BBB's policy!!
