Returns to BBB

Do I have to bring a copy of my registry? Should I just show up w/the merchandise?

No you can just go there with the stuff.

be careful with that, I would bring a copy of your registry to be safe. I returned something at one store without a receipt or registry and they gave me back the sale price, I didn't notice until I got home and went to a different BBB and they gave me back the difference. I had to show my registry to prove that it was bought at the full price

just bring them in they pull up the registry anyways just make sure you tell them it was from your registry so they know...also BBB now gives back what the guest PAID for your gift...so if they bought it on sale....your gonna get the sale price, if they used a coupon....you get back the price with the coupon they just started this within the last few months

Ok I'll bring it just to be on the safe side. Some of the items were not from my registry, but they sell them there. I have no clue where they were purchased. You thin kthey'll take those back for merch credit?

I just bring the item, they usually print out the registry for me. If you have a packing slip I would bring it just incase.

Nice! Thanks for the info! I dont even mind getting the sale price back on things - I can go to town in BBB even if I only have $10 to spend.

if you got stuff that is not on your registery, I would just add them and call them to 'update the registry' so you can get cash back.

I tried to return something that was not on my registry and they were only going to give me store credit. I added it to my registry and said it was bought and they updated my registry and I got to return it.

I had no trouble returning things that weren't on my registry.

not too many stores will do this now well they arent supposed to anyway....you might have to go to the store yourself....we had some security issues with that so they are trying not to do that anymore
